Glass Etching Workshop: September 2019 **SOLD OUT**

Join local artist Christine Tischio of TurnstyleART for a DIY glass etching workshop and get more out of your Sunday Funday than a hangover!

This is a ticketed event. Tickets for this event are SOLD OUT.
$30 per person. 21+, upstairs.
Drinks are not included in your ticket, however they are available during the workshop! Due to the materials being used, the workshop host asks that you enjoy your favorite TMOMs bites before or after the event!

Your ticket to this DIY Glass Class includes:

  • 2 hour, hands-on introduction to glass etching
  • Two (2) pint glasses per person for your creative customizations
  • Access to all materials including stencils, xactos, gloves, etching cream
  • Bragging rights for having the best Sunday Funday

Pizzaman Bingo: A Benefit for a Local Film!

Come out to Tattooed Mom on 10/7 from 6-10pm for a night of BINGO FUN in support of the local film Pizzaman! $10 for ten games & the chance to win rad prizes (including gift cards to local Philly pizza shops).

The night will end with a 50/50 raffle and a teaser trailer for Pizzaman!

Pizzaman is in the vein of a 1980s slasher and will be shot on video in the Philadelphia area this fall: “An eccentric elderly couple find themselves in a time warp after their young son was run down by a pizza delivery driver. They are overcome with grief and never eat pizza again, running all pizza establishments out of town. When a new shop, Pizza Heaven opens, they take revenge! CHEESE, PEPPERONI and MURDER!”

Characters Welcome 8: An International Sticker Art Show is THE event for sticker artists to meet, exchange ideas, & leave behind tokens of their amazing art on our walls, ceilings, floors, etc!  Characters Welcome celebrates that community and reaches out to artists all over the world to show their best hand drawn and printed sticker art.

This event is 21+ with valid ID.  An all ages show will be on Saturday, October 19th.

Some photos from past Characters Welcome shows can be seen on our Instagram. You can find more info on how to submit your own designs on our Characters Welcome 8 blog post. CW8 flier designed by Abbi Lowe.

All are welcome to contribute to Characters Welcome 8, & first time artists will be shown side by side with the seasoned titans. Hand drawn, printed, silk screened & collaged stickers will be part of the mix in this diverse display of sticker art media, styles and themes.

The boards with the compiled stickers, as well as surplus sticker packs, will be available for sale. We’ll also have some very special raffle items and rad day-of-show surprises. 100% of ALL sales will go to benefit the inspiring youth local arts programs at Fleisher Art Memorial and The Village of Arts & Humanities.
