Screwball Screenings highlights work from local weirdo filmmakers and pairs them with weirdo movies, creating a screwy double feature. At SLIMETRON, we’ll be watching shorts from NOMASTER, a Philly-based studio specializing in animation, monsters and slime. Followed by Frank Henenlotter’s BRAIN DAMAGE (1988) for a night of slimey oozy terror.

Recently voted “Best Comedy Night” by Philly Mag, Next In Line Comedy is a Philly-based comedy collective run by comedians Manny Brown and Tyler Wolf. The group has also been featured in Philadelphia Inquirer, Thrillist, and PhillyVoice.

The shows feature quickly rising comedians, who are ‘next in line,’ and gives Philly audiences a chance to watch incredible stand-up comedy at a low price (FREEEE!). Whophiles are encouraged to attend a discussion about an iconic British Rock & Roll institution – The Who – that continues to rock live on stage after six decades. Pete Townshend and Roger Daltrey embody the hard-driven music once The Who plug in and crank it up in performance.
