BIPOC Femmes in Punk

Philly hardcore punk band SOJI is hosting a BIPOC Femmes in punk mixer. This is in response to their vocalist stepping down and the large response the band received from applicants that submitted. It was a reminder that there is a huge need and want  for community in these scenes and the band wanted to continue to pull on that thread. This is for everyone – those new to the scene and the well-seasoned – as a way to connect with like minded folks with no judgment. Things pop off  with a panel hosted by Darby Cox – marketing director for 4333 Collective + Break Free FestOn the panel are Ade & Abbey of SOJI, Abi of KulfiGirls, and Nneka of S-21. This is followed by an official Q&A plus plenty of time to hang and connect with people looking to start new projects. All are welcome to come hang and support but BIPOC femmes to the front!
