Springtime Synth Meet

Come join the Philadelphia area synthesizer coalition as they show off their instruments and meet to talk shop about gear and music. Enthusiasts, modular and otherwise, as well as those curious or unfamiliar with synths are welcome to join them.  Learn what these instruments can do and how they can be used in sound design or live performance.

If you’d like to bring gear (synths, noise boxes, modular etc.), please contact the group first as space in the room is limited!

 Spring is FINALLY here, and that means it’s time for the 5th annual South Street Spring Festival!  Enjoy a beautiful spring afternoon as South Street transforms into 8 blocks of delicious food, local artists and crafts, 3 stages worth of music and entertainment & fun all day long both inside & out of Tattooed Mom!

Check out our Big Top Tent of Street Art right outside of Mom’s featuring one of a kind art & special Spring Fest exclusive drops from some of our favorite Philly artists. Dyke Ride after party

The Philly Dyke March inaugural Dyke Ride 2017 after party is HERE!

The Dyke Ride is a group bicycle ride through the neighborhoods of Philadelphia starting at 2pm.  After the ride, they’re stopping in for a meet-and-greet with Philly Dyke March organizers. The official march is scheduled for the following Sunday, June 10, and organizers will be on hand to chat about riding with Dykes on Bikes and pick up a brand-new 2017 PDM shirt.

Accessibility info: Bikes and rides of all types welcome. There is a 3-inch step up to french doors at the entrance of TMoms, as well as a step up in the middle of the bar heading back to the bathrooms.

Bees at the Bars

Join us at the bar for a chat about bees.  The Philadelphia Bee Co will be promoting the upcoming Philadelphia Honey Festival with samples of honey from local Philly hives, displays of honey combs, and Don Shump in a beard of bees!

We’ll also have an exclusive Philadelphia Bee honey cocktail only available during this event!

This is a sneak peak at what’s in store for the Honey Festival starting Friday, Sept 8 at Glen Foerd on the Delaware and then Saturday, Sept 9 at Wyck Historic House, Garden, and Farm and ending Sunday, Sept 10 at Bartram’s Garden!  Check out their website for more scheduling info!
