Sad Girlies Society: Pretty in Pink
Calling all sad PINK girlies The 2nd Sad Girlies Society event: PRETTY IN PINK is set for February 6th, 6-10pm, now at Tattooed Mom! Come out and celebrate the season of love with your best girls! First 10 to arrive will get 10 FREE raffle tickets for a chance to win some sweet prizes. Tmom pink drink specials will be running all night.(However you want to word that) Grab some goodies and art from our local vendors, or treat yourself to a tarot reading and see what’s in the stars for you! Show up wearing pink and you might get a special treat

Philly hardcore punk band SOJI is hosting a BIPOC Femmes in punk mixer. This is in response to their vocalist stepping down and the large response the band received from applicants that submitted. It was a reminder that there is a huge need and want for community in these scenes and the band wanted to continue to pull on that thread. This is for everyone – those new to the scene and the well-seasoned – as a way to connect with like minded folks with no judgment. Things pop off with a panel hosted by Darby Cox – marketing director for 4333 Collective + Break Free Fest. On the panel are Ade & Abbey of SOJI, Abi of KulfiGirls, and Nneka of S-21. This is followed by an official Q&A plus plenty of time to hang and connect with people looking to start new projects. All are welcome to come hang and support but BIPOC femmes to the front!

Calling artists of all kinds! Come out for an evening of slapping stickers, drawing on the walls, making art, and meeting other local artists! Thirsty Walls is a meet-up for artists to create and add to the beautiful chaos Upstairs at Tattooed Mom. Bring your stickers, wheatpastes, stencils, installations, imaginations & friends because these walls are THIRSTY.
