DESCRIPTION:Please join Accidental Player for an evening of readings featuring Sebastian Castillo\, Kim Gek Lin Short\, Temim Fruchter & Kallie Falandays. There will be a celebration for the release of Sebastian’s new book 49 Venezuelan Novels. \nDoors at 7pm\, readings at 8pm. \n50¢ pierogi until 10pm\, featuring NEW VEGAN potato & onion\nHalf off all drafts 5-7 & 10-11pm \nSebastian Castillo is the author of 49 Venezuelan Novels. He lives in Philadelphia\, where he teaches writing. \nKim Gek Lin Short is the author of the cross-genre books The Bugging Watch & Other Exhibits and China Cowboy\, both from Tarpaulin Sky Press\, as well as the chapbooks Run and The Residents. Her work appears in anthologies such as & Now Awards\, and Narrative (Dis)Continuties: Prose Experiments by Younger American Writers\, and in numerous literary magazines. She lives in Philadelphia with her husband and daughter. \nTemim Fruchter is a writer who lives in Washington\, DC. She believes in magic and in queer possibility. She is co-founder of the Mount Pleasant Poetry Project\, and her chapbook\, I Wanted Just To Be Soft\, came out on Anomalous Press in April 2016. Her work has appeared in [PANK]\, Tupelo Quarterly\, The Washington City Paper\, New South\, jmww The Account and the Tishman Review\, among others. \nKallie Falandays is the author of Dovetail Down the House (Burnside Review Press). Her work has appeared in Day One\, Black Warrior Review\, The Journal\, and elsewhere. She lives in Philadelphia\, where she runs Tell Tell Poetry.
